In-Store Purchases

Please be sure to inspect your item fully before you leave the store premises. We are not responsible for any damage that is done to the item(s) purchased if it was not noted during the buying process.

For health and safety reasons, clothing and shoes sales are all final.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be undamaged in any way and all parts must be present.

Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please be aware it may take 10-15 business days for the refund to show up in your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or is missing pieces you are not eligible for a refund.

Hibid and In-Person Auction Purchases

If you feel as if your item was not described correctly on the auction, you can request a return. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your pickup date. The product must be undamaged in any way and all parts must be present.

If your product is eligible for a refund, your refund will be in a form of store credit (cannot be used for online auctions or in-person auction – it is for in-store purchases only).

There are no returns on larger items such as vanities, toilets, doors, windows, etc.
