The AW1820E from Ashley Hearth Products is an airtight fireplace insert that will greatly improve the efficiency of your fireplace. The AW1820E fireplace insert meets the stringent requirements of the Step 2 EPA 2020 Certification Guidelines. With a heavy cast iron door and a cool touch wood handle along with an air washed ceramic glass that allows a magnificent view of the burning fire, it will be a beautiful addition to your existing hearth. It includes a hearth surround to fully enclose the existing fireplace and is equipped with a spring-loaded automatic adjustment making installation a breeze. The Ashley AW1820E model replaces the previous Vogelzang model TR004 Colonial fireplace insert and the US Stove Company model 2200IE insert.

Please be sure to inspect your item fully before you leave the store premises. We are not responsible for any damage that is done to the item(s) purchased if it was not noted during the buying process.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be undamaged in any way and all parts must be present.

Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please be aware it may take 10-15 business days for the refund to show up in your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or is missing pieces you are not eligible for a refund.

Hibid and In-Person Auction Purchases

If you feel as if your item was not described correctly on the auction, you can request a return. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your pickup date. The product must be undamaged in any way and all parts must be present.

If your product is eligible for a refund, your refund will be in a form of store credit (cannot be used for online auctions or in-person auction – it is for in-store purchases only).
